Once you have filled out and submitted this form, you will be taken to  the download link.  If you have recently installed the service pack 2 for xp or 2000 you already have the mdac components on your system and will receive a message when trying to install the MDAC, --not the the Service manager software --that it will not install. Ignore the message, and install only the Service manager software and the Jet files. The shortcut to the program will appear on your desktop after installing.

Our software is not globalized. Therefore, if you are outside of the US you will not be able to operate the software correctly due to the differences in the formatting of dates.  This software was designed for those companies who reside in the US/Canada and use the same regional setting as the USA.  English (US). Go to your control panel then to regional settings. Change them to US ENGLISH BEFORE installing the software. The currency symbol and the date format must be the same as in the USA.UNINSTALLING and re-installing will not work as the PC reads the first installation, so please make sure you have the settings correct before the first installation.
