We no longer sell any hardware. All items
previously purchased are under their respective manufacturers
warranties, so please contact them for any support or technical
help with their products. We will list the items that are
compatible with our software. If it's not listed here we cannot
guarantee it will work with our software. Please ask for
technical support for the hardware you purchase elsewhere, as we
cannot support the hardware items since we no longer sell them.
Printers
Our Salon
software has been tested for compatibility with the
TSP100 futurePRNT by Star Micronics and the
TSP600 by Star. If you are
going to integrate a credit card payment system into
your salon, you want to make sure you have the correct
hardware that is compatible with the software. If you
want to provide receipts to your customers you must have
a printer.
Cash
Drawers:
Probably
the most important item you will purchase with the
printer is the electronic cash drawer. If you are going
to purchase a cash drawer, please contact the vendor and ask them if the cash drawer they
are going to sell you is wired for the
STAR TSP600 or
Star TSP100The cash drawer must be wired correctly for the Printer
or it will not work.
You must set the printer properties settings for the
cash drawer to open. Please contact your vendor for more
information.
Since it
is the printer that normally opens the cash drawer, our
software has been configured with the open code of (7)
for the Star printers.
