Policy For software
Once you make a purchase there are no
refunds. You have 30 days to evaluate the software
"Before" buying. The registration key is
either emailed, faxed or sent on the CD depending on how you
purchased the software. If you have a CD shipped,
the registration number is on the CD or jewel case, and we
also send a copy of the registration key sent by email. We
normally will have a copy of the email we sent you for a one year
period for our records or will send you a new registration
number if within the first year period. We are not responsible for
your not receiving a registration key if you have spam
blockers or other filters on, so please make sure you have
added staff@xtremeblue.com to your accept list. Please contact us within 24 hours by fax or our
online support ticket system if you do not receive the key.
Once you purchase the software you will receive the
registration key by email or FAX or on CD. POLICY CHANGES.
Free Basic Support: FREE
Our basic free "email" support is limited to 90 days from
the date of purchase. It includes general setup help for the
salon software.
It does not include setup help for the hardware other than
the basic tutorial of the printer. It does not extend to
database corruption.
Extended Support:
$59.95
We are now offering extended support of the software which
is on a yearly basis. The extended support will help you if
you need database repair or troubleshooting of issues
related to installation on Vista. It is also by email only.
The database cannot be repaired or fixed over the phone.
Definition
of Shareware or Trialware: Trialware also known as Shareware
allows the user to test
out the program for a period of time "Before"
making a purchase. It's a try before
you buy system which allows the user to become aware of the
software's features, and
usually the trial period is for 30 days. Please fully
evaluate the software before
you make your purchase as there are no refunds on the
software after you have made your purchase.
Hardware Return
Policy- We no longer sell hardware. Please look at our
hardware page for the compatible hardware for our software.
All previous purchases are under manufacturers warranties so
please contact them for support.
Privacy Policy:
We will not sell or give out any information about you that we have gathered from our website. We do log the IP# from visitors to our site so that we can get an idea of where our visitors are coming from. This information is not sold to any third party and is only used for internal tracking purposes.
We respect your privacy, and do not indulge in SPAM. Our business is a B2B business and therefore we understand how spam affects our customers. We only advertise in honest opt in email lists, on web based sites, and direct marketing.
We will send buyers of our software email information about
updates if we feel an important update or bug has been
corrected and you need to know about it. We do not send
emails to people who have only downloaded our software
unless they have opted in to be sent emails or notifications
about updates. We do not spam! We reserve the right to add
transaction information to a national chargeback database in
the event of a chargeback.
