If you have recently installed the Service pack 2 for xp or 2000 you
already have the mdac components on your system and will receive a message
when trying to install the MDAC, --not the Car Sales Wizard software
--that it will not install. Ignore the message, and install only the
Car Sales Wizard software and the Jet files. The shortcut to the program
will appear on your desktop after installing if you choose this during
installation
